The story is a mystery about a green cat and a private detective who investigates where it came from. The cat was thought to be good luck, but eventually brought misfortune to all those who come in contact. The story was taken directly from the 5th subtitle of the 1950s Lion Books manga.
One vote = the voter's rank power: D +3, C +5, B +7, A +9, S +11, S+ +15 on a like; dislikes drain C −2 up to S+ −7. On green (6–10) it pours into this anime's tank — on RED (1–4) it's the mirror: a like TAKES the rank's value off the tank, a dislike hands it back (an S+ like on Trash takes 15 XP, for example). 5/10 Mid is neutral: it never moves XP. Dislikes and likes on RED reviews require C rank (500 XP) — D can still like green/neutral at +3, and a mobbed anime can go negative.
